SWIFT Portal/SWIM Cloud Distribution Service (SCDS) is a publicly-accessible messaging infrastructure that provides near real-time FAA data to subscribers. All product(s) and service(s) provided by SWIFT Portal/SCDS have been pre-approved by the National Airspace System (NAS) Data Release Board (NDRB) for public release to users who have signed a Service Access Agreement. SWIFT Portal/SCDS products and services are not intended for NAS operational use or for aviation safety purposes.
If you redistribute data received from SWIFT Portal/SCDS to other parties, it is your responsibility to notify them of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events that occur. The FAA is not responsible for notifying users who have not signed a Service Access Agreements of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
