The SCDS Service Access Agreement (SAA) was updated in March 2024 to reflect updated SCDS standards. All new subscriptions include this SAA version. The full agreement text is included at the bottom of this page.
Users are required to renew SAAs annually. You will receive an email reminder 30 days before your SAA is due to expire. If the SAA is not renewed within 30 days, the associated subscription will be disabled. If the SAA is not renewed within 60 days of disabling, the subscription will be permanently deleted.
Service Access Agreement Renewal Process
- Navigate to the Subscription page.
- From the top of the page, select Service Access Agreement. (Picture 1)
- Click the Resign button next to each service with a previous "Date Signed" entry. Note: If there is no previous entry and you do not use this service, you may disregard.
- Confirm that the "Date Signed" field reflects the current date.
