How long is the approval process to receive the desired data set from sending the request until receiving access?

SCDS account approval is automatic. Data subscription approval is also automatic as long as you have signed the applicable Service Access Agreement for the service. If attempting to subscribe to a service without first signing the access agreement, you will be prompted to do so before subscription access is granted.
